Waverly Waters Lodge The Waverly Waters Lodge rests peacefully on the 70+ acres, Bill Dance designed, freshwater sport fishing lake. The back porch is the perfect stage to enjoy the calm water, breathtaking sunsets, and the company of family and friends. The Lodge offers 14 beds for overnight lodging, and meeting and conference space, combined with all the comforts of home for events for up to 100 people.

Waverly Waters Pavilion The Waverly Waters Pavilion is an openair cantina and nature-covered party room that is nestled beneath exposed timbers and a rustic tin roof. It is framed by flowering wisteria and stands beside one of Clay county?s oldest pecan trees. Southern grace and charm is abundant at the Pavilion. Its outdoor and covered areas can host an event from 50 to 500+ people.

Waverly Waters Cabins The Cabins at Waverly Waters inspire thoughts of the frontier life. Front porch vistas enable residents and guests to view Mississippi daytime skies and nighttime stars. The central fire pit brings to life nature's creatures and tall stories of the day's adventures.
